Our Mission

At Team True Beauty, we are not here to tell you how to meet society’s standard of what is beautiful. We are here to help you discover what makes you feel beautiful and give you the opportunity to feed off of that.

We are here to help every person that we can embrace their beauty. No pressure, just figure out what makes you feel beautiful and help you project confidence from it. Never forget to be your own kind of beautiful.

What we do

We are here to help sort through the endless amount of beauty and lifestyle products that are available on the market and help find the best values and avoid the worst rip-offs.

After 10+ years living in and around the beauty industry, we have extensive knowledge on what to look for and what to avoid.

Of course, you will sometimes run into some just for fun stories too, because as humans, we like to talk about ourselves and our adventures.

Meet Paulina

I haven’t always been confident. I grew up in rural Minnesota, and for the first 20 years of my life, I hardly knew what makeup was. I knew about Mary Kay and drugstore eyeliner, but that was about it.

I love the beauty industry. It is so diverse that every day is an entirely new experience.

Once I went to cosmetology school, I started figuring things out. It was still a struggle at that point. I was overweight and always comparing myself to the “pretty” girls that were in my class.

At some point, it just clicked. I don’t need to compare myself to these girls; I need to figure out what makes me unique and run with it.

For me, that is my determination in everything I do, especially helping others gain confidence.

I do what I do because I love making people feel great about themselves. I get to finish work at the end of the day thinking, “I got to help someone feel beautiful today”. That’s what makes me feel confident and beautiful.

If I can make one person smile at some point during my day, even if it’s just someone I say hello to as I’m walking down the street, I feel that I accomplished something with my day.
